TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and placing an order through lastminutetees.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Last Minute Tees. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years of age to place an order with Last Minute Tees. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Orders placed by persons under 16 must be made under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. SERVICES
-----------
Last Minute Tees provides custom DTF (Direct to Film) heat press printing on garments. Our services include:
- Custom printing on customer-selected garments
- Rush and No Rush production tiers to suit your timeframe
- Online ordering via lastminutetees.com.au
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
--------------------
3.1 All orders require full payment upfront at the time of checkout. Production does not commence until payment is confirmed.
3.2 By completing payment, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed and approved your artwork, quantity, sizing, and shipping address
- You accept the proof as accurate and authorise Last Minute Tees to proceed with production
- You understand that errors in approved proofs are not eligible for a refund or replacement
3.3 Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
3.4 We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Last Minute Tees does not store your payment details.
4. CANCELLATIONS
----------------
All orders are entered into our production schedule immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the custom nature of our products and our fast turnaround model, orders cannot be edited or cancelled once submitted.
Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
5. PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES
-------------------------
Production time begins after payment is confirmed and artwork is approved. We offer two turnaround tiers:
RUSH (24 – 48 hour production)
SOS — 1 to 10 tees
Scramble — 11 to 20 tees
Blitz — 21 to 50 tees
NO RUSH (1 – 2 week production)
Cruise — 1 to 20 tees
Locked In — 21 to 50 tees
Overdrive — 51 to 100 tees
Production timeframes are estimates and begin on the next business day for orders placed outside business hours. Last Minute Tees will not be held responsible for delays caused by supplier stock shortages, however we will notify you promptly if this occurs.
6. SHIPPING

Shipping timeframes are in addition to production times. Delivery estimates and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy at lastminutetees.com.au.
Last Minute Tees is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order is dispatched and shown as delivered by the carrier, Last Minute Tees accepts no further liability for the parcel.
7. ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Customer-Supplied Artwork
By submitting artwork, images, logos, or designs to Last Minute Tees, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of the artwork, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it for commercial printing purposes
- The artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyright, or other legal rights of any third party
- The artwork does not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or in violation of any applicable law
Last Minute Tees accepts no liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from customer-supplied artwork that infringes the rights of a third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Last Minute Tees harmless from any such claims.
7.2 Last Minute Tees Intellectual Property
All content on lastminutetees.com.au including branding, design, images, and text is the intellectual property of Last Minute Tees and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7.3 Prohibited Content
Last Minute Tees reserves the right to refuse any order containing artwork that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Is defamatory, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory
- Depicts explicit sexual content
- Exploits or demeans minors
- Promotes illegal activity
- Is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion
Refused orders will be refunded in full.
8. PRINT & SIZING TOLERANCES

The following tolerances are industry standard and are not considered faults or grounds for a refund:
- Garment sizing: measurements may vary by ±2.5cm from stated dimensions
- Print placement: accurate within ±2–3cm from agreed position
- Colour accuracy: screen colours may vary from printed output. For exact colour matching, Pantone codes must be supplied at time of order
9. WASHING & CARE
------------------
To maintain the quality of your printed garment, we recommend:
- Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle
- Do not tumble dry
- Dry in shade, away from direct sunlight
- If ironing is necessary, iron inside out — do not iron directly over the print
- Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
Last Minute Tees is not responsible for print damage resulting from improper care. Adherence to these instructions is the customer's responsibility.
10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our full Return Policy is available at lastminutetees.com.au. In summary:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days for faulty items or confirmed print defects
- Change of mind, incorrect size selection, and errors in approved artwork are not eligible for return
- All eligible returns must be physically returned to Last Minute Tees before a replacement or refund is issued
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Our returns policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
11. STOCK AVAILABILITY

In the event that a garment in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email and work with you to find a suitable alternative or process a refund for the affected item.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Last Minute Tees' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.
Last Minute Tees is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage
- Loss of profit or business opportunity
- Delays or failures caused by third-party carriers, suppliers, or events outside our control
- Errors in customer-approved artwork or proofs
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. PRIVACY

Last Minute Tees collects personal information (name, email, address, payment details) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carriers). Our full Privacy Policy is available at lastminutetees.com.au.
14. GOVERNING LAW
------------------
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
